This sign displays the story of the "bicycle-powered electricity generator" used by the Free Thai group at Ban Non Hom camp. Approximately 10 members took turns pedaling for at least 3 hours a day to power a dynamo, generating electricity to be stored in batteries for use with radio communication equipment during their national liberation mission. This reflects their perseverance and ingenuity in solving the energy shortage problem during World War II.
