The main chapel is notable for its "applied Thai art" architecture, emphasizing simplicity in the style of forest monks. The building is an open hall without walls on all four sides to allow for good ventilation. Inside, it houses a Buddha statue in the posture of calming the ocean, and it was once the site of the cremation ceremony of Luang Pu Mun Bhuridatto, making it an important historical site for the Vipassana meditation tradition.
