This Buddha Footprint was discovered during the Ayutthaya period by a hunter named Phran Boon and is revered as an authentic footprint featuring the 108 auspicious characteristics of a Great Man clearly visible on the natural rock. The sacred footprint is enshrined beneath a magnificent Mandapa decorated with exquisite high-level craftsmanship and covered with the world’s only pure silver mat to welcome the immense faith of the people. Pilgrims from all directions travel here to pay their respects, driven by the belief that worshipping this holy footprint will cleanse past misdeeds and bring sustainable happiness and supreme prosperity to their lives.
