The Architectural Grandeur of the Shrine

The exterior architecture of the shrine features a traditional Chinese pavilion style, radiating both beauty and spiritual power. The building is characterized by a "Xieshan" hip roof, covered in glazed green and red tiles. The roof ridges are adorned with intricate "Twin Dragon" and "Dragon-Carp" sculptures, symbolizing abundance and protection from water-related calamities. The facade uses vibrant red contrasted with gold and teal accents. The entrance is flanked by high-relief dragon pillars, skillfully carved to represent majesty. The exterior walls are decorated with stucco paintings depicting auspicious tales from Chinese mythology, making the structure a magnificent landmark when viewed from across the river.
