The Lanna Naga Sculptures
At the entrance of the vihara, two Naga sculptures stand on both sides of the staircase. They feature delicate carvings of scales and heads that showcase ancient Lanna craftsmanship. According to belief, the Naga serves as a protector of the sacred site and a bridge between the human and celestial worlds, making the entrance look majestic and sacred.
