This site was created as a repository of diverse lotus species for the purpose of education, research, and conservation of lotus genetic resources of national and international importance. Furthermore, it has been developed into an ecotourism destination, allowing the public to appreciate the beauty of the lotus flowers along a long wooden bridge amidst the tranquil natural surroundings of Kasetsart University, Chalermprakiat Campus.
