Ku Praphachai Pond is a rectangular laterite pond located outside the Khmer temple complex dating back to the reign of King Jayavarman VII. This reservoir is linked to the concept of an Arokayasala (hospital) and used for ceremonial purposes. Local traditions regard its water as sacred.
