The excavations revealed numerous well-preserved prehistoric human skeletons, buried alongside tools and pottery characteristic of the Ban Chiang culture. An open-air museum display within the actual excavation site allows for a visual representation of the soil stratification and the lifestyle of settlements that have existed for over 2,500 years, extending into the Dvaravati period
