The building is a single-story masonry structure with a cross-shaped plan directly influenced by Western architecture. It features prominent Gothic-style "pointed arch windows and doorways", seamlessly integrated with Thai-style decorative frames. The walls were built with exceptional thickness to ensure structural strength and maintain a naturally cool interior temperature. The design prioritizes openness with four projecting wings to allow breeze circulation and provide panoramic views of the sky. It stands as an architectural legacy reflecting the golden age of artistic exchange between Siam and Europe.
