The Right Footprint

The Right Footprint of the Buddha is enshrined within a mandapa atop Khao Lom at Wat Phra Phutthachai, discovered during the reign of King Rama IV and revered as a highly sacred site for Buddhists to seek supreme blessings. Visitors can reach the hilltop by climbing a steep Naga staircase through lush greenery or by driving along a scenic designated road that offers beautiful viewpoints of the landscape. Upon reaching the summit, guests are greeted by profound tranquility and a breathtaking panoramic vista of Namtok Sam Lan National Park, which gracefully surrounds the entire temple grounds.
