Luang Pho Phra Ong Saen
This Buddha image is known as “Luang Pho Phra Ong Saen," enshrined as the principal Buddha statue in the vihara of Wat Phra That Choeng Chum Worawihan in Sakon Nakhon Province. It is a beautiful and sacred Buddha image in the Maravijaya posture, in the Chiang Saen style, and has long been a revered symbol of Sakon Nakhon. The statue is cast in bronze and covered in gleaming gold leaf, resting on an elaborately decorated pedestal. It is a place of worship for Buddhists who visit to seek blessings and good fortune.
