Phra That Doi Leng is a significant sacred site in Phrae, located on a mountain peak southeast of Phra That Cho Hae. The stupa is a white, octagonal Lanna-style structure characterized by its elegant simplicity. Legend states it was built to commemorate the Buddha's visit, during which he "Leng" (gazed) down at the city and prophesied its future prosperity. Situated at the highest elevation in the area (approx. 420m above sea level), it serves as the premier viewpoint for Phrae, offering a panoramic view that aligns Phra That Cho Hae and Phra That Chom Chaeng in a single vista.
