The circular observation towers located at the corners of Wichai Prasit Fort were designed to offer a complete 360-degree panoramic view. Elevated above the main walls, they enabled ancient soldiers to clearly detect approaching ships and movements from afar. The towers are equipped with small observation slits and gun ports that provided protection for the watchmen while maintaining a 24-hour vigil. Today, these towers stand as they originally did, a testament to the architectural brilliance of fortresses constructed for the city's defense.
