Situated in Futami Park, the statue stands near the iconic red Futami Suspension Bridge. In winter, the area transforms into a snowy wonderland. The "King" sits regally amidst the white landscape, acting as a centerpiece for the "Kappa Road" trail that winds along the Toyohira River.
