Designed as a compact food row, the facility houses eight legendary restaurants under one continuous roof. The single-story layout features side-by-side storefronts, creating a seamless ramen corridor where diners can quickly browse diverse local styles within a single, convenient building.

Those 8 legendary shops include:

  • Asahikawa Ramen Aoba (青葉): One of the oldest shops (est. 1947), famous for its traditional "W-Soup" blending pork, chicken, and seafood.

  • Asahikawa Ramen Baikohken (梅光軒): A Michelin-listed favorite known for a rich, award-winning double soup and its popularity with international tourists.

  • Ramen Santouka (山頭火): World-famous for its Tokusen Toroniku (pork cheek) and signature creamy Shio (Salt) ramen.

  • Asahikawa Ramen Ishida (いしida): A local favorite offering a hearty, traditional Shoyu broth and a well-loved spicy miso option.

  • Ramen Shop Tenkin (天金): Known for a very rich, dark Shoyu soup with a thick layer of oil on top to keep the noodles piping hot.

  • Ramen Village Saijo (さいじょう): Famous for its "烏骨鶏" (Ukokkei) Silkie chicken broth, which is considered healthy and nutrient-rich.

  • Koubou Kato Ramen (工房加藤らーめん): Run by a famous noodle-making family, focusing on the perfect texture of "low-water" crinkly noodles.

  • Ittetsu-an Matsuda (一蔵): Noted for its unique toppings and its "Ittetsu" (stubborn/dedicated) approach to maintaining classic flavors.
