How to Get There
- By car: From Bangkok, take Phetkasem Road (Highway 4) or Borommaratchachonnani Road toward Nakhon Pathom, then continue onto Highway 323 to Kanchanaburi city. From there, take Saeng Chuto Road. The temple is located near Kanchanaburi Railway Station with clear signage.
- By public transport: Take a minivan or bus to Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal, then continue by shared taxi or motorcycle taxi. The distance is approximately 1.5–2 kilometers.
Travel Tips
- Dress modestly, as this is a religious site.
- The best time to visit is early morning or late afternoon when the light is beautiful and the weather is cooler.
- Do not miss the riverside stupa viewpoint, which offers stunning views of the Kwai Yai River.
- Visitors can also try traditional Chinese–Vietnamese fortune sticks (siamsee) for good luck and blessings.
