“A peaceful and beautiful beach known for its long line of pine trees, featuring YonglingCave, a natural sea cave that leads to a hidden small beach behind it.”
Yongling Beach is one of the gems of the Trang Sea, located within ChaoMaiNationalPark. Its main feature is its white-sand crescent-shaped beach, stretching approximately 2 kilometers and lined with seaside pine trees that provide shade along the entire shoreline. This creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for true relaxation.
The unique charm of Yongling Beach lies at one side of the beach where a limestone mountain extends into the sea, forming YonglingCave, a large natural sea cave shaped through erosion. Visitors can walk through or swim across the cave during low tide. Once passing through the cave, you will discover a small hidden bay encircled by steep limestone cliffs and covered in fine white sand, giving the feeling of a secluded private beach.
Thus, Yongling Beach is not only visually stunning but also offers a touch of adventure, especially through cave exploration and the secret bay behind it—an experience that sets it apart from other beaches in Trang Province.
How to Get There
- By private car: From Trang City, take the route toward Sikao District and Chao Mai Beach. The trip takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once reaching the Chao Mai Beach area, clear signs will direct you to Yongling Beach.
- By public transport: Take a passenger van on the Trang–Pak Meng Beach/Chao Mai Beach route. Ask the driver to stop at the entrance of the national park. From there, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi or local transport to reach the beach.
