How to Get There
- By car: From Kalasin city, take Highway 227 (Kalasin–Sahatsakhan Road) for about 28 km. Clear signboards will guide you to the Sirindhorn Museum / Phu Kum Khao Dinosaur Park.
- By public transport: From Kalasin Bus Terminal, take a Kalasin–Sahatsakhan bus. Get off at Sahatsakhan District, then take a local taxi or motorcycle taxi to the museum.
Travel Tips
- Allow at least 2–3 hours for the visit, as the exhibition area is large and has multiple learning zones.
- Don’t miss the hilltop excavation site, the original fossil discovery area.
- Inside the museum, there are exhibition zones covering the origin of the universe, dinosaurs, and evolutin of life.
- A research laboratory is open for viewing real scientific work on fossil preservation.
- Around the park, there are dinosaur-themed souvenir shops selling plush toys, shirts, and gifts.
