“Emerald green stream from a natural spring, flowing through limestone mountains, passing through shady tree tunnels, and featuring a nature trail over 3 km long in a lush forest.”

Khlong Nam Sai (Clear Water Canal) or Khlong Lok Ta (Illusion Canal) is a stream originating from a natural spring that emerges from a cave beneath a limestone mountain. It's a small canal flowing out from the mountain, making the water exceptionally cool and refreshing, and flowing into the Khlong Phum Duang. The water flows through limestone layers, giving it remarkable clarity.

Khlong Nam Sai is located in Tambon Tham Singkhon, approximately 6 kilometers from the Tham Singkhon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), about 11 kilometers from Khiri Rat Nikhom district, and about 50–51 kilometers from Surat Thani city. It's considered a natural tourist attraction that is easily accessible.

The water in the canal has a blue-green emerald-like color and is so clear that the sand at the bottom can be seen clearly. It is believed to be due to natural minerals mixed in the water, and it is especially beautiful when it reflects sunlight.

Natural Spa: A key feature is the clarity of the water, which creates the 'illusion'. There is a belief that when people with dark skin soak in the water, they will appear noticeably whiter, hence the name. The canal is not very large, approximately 5–6 meters wide and 2–2.5 meters deep (some sections are about 2 meters deep), making it relatively safe to swim in.

Within the area, there are riverside relaxation spots, food stalls, and tube rental services from local villagers, as well as the opportunity to enjoy floating along the slow-flowing stream.

The surrounding atmosphere is shaded by tree and vine tunnels that cover the entire length of the canal, providing coolness throughout the day. There is also a nature trail over 3 kilometers long for those who want to experience the headwater forest up close.

Sustainable Tourism: Currently, the area is managed by the Tham Singkhon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) and local communities. It has been developed into a systematic tourist attraction with staff on duty during operating hours, along with amenities such as parking, restrooms, changing rooms, and local restaurants.

Khlong Nam Sai is suitable for nature tourists, families, and those seeking peaceful relaxation amidst nature that remains abundant.
