Safari World is a large open zoo and entertainment complex located in Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok. It has long been a favorite destination for both Thai families and international visitors. With its expansive grounds and well-organized layout, the park offers a perfect balance between wildlife experiences and family-friendly entertainment.

The attraction is divided into two main zones: Safari Park and Marine Park.

Safari Park

Safari Park is an open-range zoo where visitors can drive their own vehicles through the park or take the zoo’s coach service. Along the route, guests can observe a wide variety of animals living in spacious naturalistic habitats, including giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and ostriches. There are also designated areas for predators such as tigers and lions, allowing visitors to safely witness these majestic animals up close while they roam in large enclosures.

Marine Park

Marine Park is a walk-through zoo and show complex featuring entertaining animal performances. The dolphin show is a major highlight, delighting audiences with the dolphins’ intelligence and playful tricks. Another popular attraction is the Spy War stunt show, packed with dramatic special effects, action scenes, and impressive stage production.

A standout attraction is the Giraffe Terrace, where visitors can feed giraffes at close range and capture memorable photos. This interactive experience has become one of the park’s most popular photo spots.

By combining structured management, educational elements, and engaging entertainment, Safari World is more than just a zoo. Private Car:

• Take the Ram Intra-At Narong Expressway and exit at Ram Intra Road, or use the Motorway toward Bang Pa-in and enter Panya Indra Road.

Public Transport:

• Take bus numbers 26, 60, 71, 96, or 115 to Fashion Island, then take a van or taxi to Safari World.

MRT:

• Take the Pink Line to Vongwaen Ram Intra Station, then take a taxi or ride-hailing service (approx. 9 km).

Best Visiting Season:

• Arrive early at opening time (09:00 AM) to drive through the Safari Park before it gets too hot, then head to the Marine Park for the morning show schedule.

Planning:

• Check the Show Schedule immediately upon arrival to plan your day efficiently. Popular shows like the Dolphin and Spy War shows tend to attract large crowds.

Attire:

• Wear breathable clothing, a hat, and sunglasses, as much of the park involves outdoor walking.

Must-Do Activity:

• Feeding giraffes at the Giraffe Terrace is a highly recommended experience, but please supervise children closely.

• The park is closed every Monday (except on public holidays). Please verify opening days before your trip.
