Cha Kang Rao Noodle – Na Pa Mai is a famous noodle restaurant in Kamphaeng Phet Province, or as locals fondly call it, "Cha Kang Rao Noodle." It has been operating for over 40–50 years (more than 50 years of deliciousness), notable for its homemade egg noodles, which are fresh, fragrant, and exceptionally springy, making it a legendary and unique restaurant.

The restaurant's noodles come in both slightly flat and slightly round shapes, providing a perfectly springy texture. A popular menu item is Tom Yum Noodles (dry/soup) seasoned with fresh lime, chili powder, palm sugar, and freshly roasted peanuts, with a key characteristic of thinly sliced long beans, adding a perfect crunch. Loaded with ingredients like red pork, minced pork, and freshly fried pork cracklings every day.

The restaurant's atmosphere is that of a traditional wooden restaurant, giving a classic, warm, and friendly feeling. • By Car: Enter Kamphaeng Phet city, head towards the Provincial Forestry Office. The restaurant is located in the alley in front of the Forestry Office (Ratchadamnoen 1 Road). You can notice it from the densely parked cars during lunchtime.

• It is recommended to go between 10:00 – 11:00 AM, when it is not too crowded.

• You may have to wait in line during lunchtime.

• If you don't like it sweet, say "less sweet" or "no sugar."

• It is recommended to order both dry and soup to compare the flavors.

• Save room for Lod Chong with fresh coconut milk.
