The structure features a unique Oriental Fusion architectural style, reflecting Vietnamese influence with a touch of French colonial aesthetics, characterized by its geometric shape and classic pale pink hue. Standing approximately 10 meters tall, the base of the tower bears inscriptions of thanks. • Plan to arrive at the clock tower area between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to admire the beautiful changing colors of the sky along the Mekong River and watch the clock tower be illuminated at night.

• For a more lively experience, consider visiting on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, as this is when the Nakhon Phanom Walking Street is held, with stalls setting up from the evening in front of the clock tower all the way to the National Library.
