“B.N. Farm Cultivation Farm and sold as souvenirs Winter vegetables and fruits such as squash, lettuce, strawberry, lychee, broccoli”

B.N. Farm is one of the pioneering private farms in Khao Kho, developed since 1969, long before the area became a famous tourist destination. At that time, most of Khao Kho consisted of mountains, forests, and small agricultural communities. Developing farmland on highland terrain was highly challenging due to difficult geography, transportation limitations, and the need for specialized techniques for cultivating temperate crops. The farm first gained recognition through experiments with highland crops suited to Khao Kho’s cool climate, including strawberries, macadamias, avocados, and various salad vegetables. These products helped establish the farm’s reputation and became an important model for highland agriculture in Phetchabun Province.

As Khao Kho gradually evolved into a major tourist destination, B.N. Farm transformed from a traditional agricultural farm into a modern agro-tourism attraction that blends nature with contemporary lifestyle experiences. The property now features flower gardens, highland vegetable plots, cafés, souvenir shops, and relaxing recreational areas, making it one of the most popular stopover points for travelers visiting Khao Kho.The farm is located in Campson Subdistrict, a key gateway connecting Khao Kho and Phu Thap Boek. Sitting at an elevation of approximately 700–900 meters above sea level, the area enjoys cool weather almost year-round. During winter mornings, mist often covers the landscape, creating a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation and the cultivation of premium highland crops.A key concept behind B.N. Farm is integrated agriculture. The farm is divided into several zones, including pesticide-free vegetable gardens, highland fruit orchards, flower fields, processing facilities, and restaurant and café areas. This approach not only increases the value of agricultural products but also allows visitors to learn about the entire process from cultivation and harvesting to processing and sales in one place.

One of the farm’s highlights is “The Front By B.N. Farm,” a modern café designed to embrace panoramic mountain views and the surrounding natural scenery. The café serves coffee, fresh fruit beverages, homemade cakes, and signature ice cream made from farm-grown ingredients, especially macadamia and strawberry flavors that have become favorite menu items among visitors.Another major attraction is the seasonal flower fields, which rotate throughout the year with blooms such as cosmos, sunflowers, salvia, and paper flowers. The flower gardens are carefully designed with mountain backdrops, making them especially popular among photography enthusiasts, particularly during the cool season when multiple flower varieties bloom simultaneously.

Beyond its scenic beauty, B.N. Farm is also well known for local products and processed agricultural goods such as homemade jams, preserved fruits, roasted macadamias, fresh salad vegetables, fruit juices, and homemade ice cream. These products strongly reflect the farm-to-table concept, as most ingredients are sourced directly from within the farm itself. In the past, B.N. Farm was considered one of the main rest stops for travelers heading to Khao Kho because it provided restaurants, cafés, restrooms, and souvenir shops in one convenient location. As a result, many travelers remember it as one of Khao Kho’s original landmarks. Even today, despite the rise of many new cafés and tourist attractions, the farm continues to preserve its identity as an authentic highland agricultural destination. The best time to visit is from November to February, when the weather is cold, flowers are in full bloom, and highland produce is at its peak. During the rainy season from July to October, the area becomes lush and green with frequent mist, offering another beautiful atmosphere for relaxation and nature photography.
