“Wat Jong Sung, see the pagoda in the old Mon uniform”
Wat Jong Soong or Wat Uttayarom located in the district of Mae Sariang. The temple was built in 1838. In the past is Monastery there are Tai Yai abbot. In 1888 was burned and restored as a high temple since 1896.
Inside the temple, there is a Chedi around 100 year-old , has three pagodas . Pagoda on the west side built at the beginning of the reign of King Rama VI. Middle Pagoda that when created not shown. It is believed that the relics are enshrined. The pagoda on the east is a 7-storied pagoda.
Tickets are available throughout the year.
How to get there: From Mae Sariang Subdistrict Municipality Intersection, take Mae Sariang Road towards Prem Pracha for about 300 m. The temple is on the right hand side.
