Sai Yud Morning Market is located at Thedsaban (Down Town) the heart of Mae Hong Son city, near the airport. Food in here is fresh and preserved. You should be here before 06.00-07.00am, inexpensive breakfast and desserts. Most of them are food tastes of Tai Yai "ไทยใหญ่" (people mainly lives in Shan State in Myanmar), Roti, Thai local breakfasts, tea/coffee, pork BBQ with sticky rice, fried chicken, fried fish, variety of soup noodles, rice vermicelli and tomato soup (Kha Nom Jeen Nam Ngaew), and Khao Ram Fuen.
