Phae Arboretum is located in Tambon Phae, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province, near Ban Phe community and the pier to Koh Samet. This area is under the care of Thailand's forestry department, with the primary objective of conserving native plant species, especially those found in coastal ecosystems. These plants are considered vital natural resources for the biodiversity of the eastern coastal region.

The arboretum features simple nature trails that blend harmoniously with the original coastal forest environment. Various large trees provide shade and coolness along the paths. Visitors can observe a relatively intact natural forest, reflecting the largely unchanged original ecosystem of the Rayong coastal area.

The area is also connected to Ban Phe beach, allowing visitors to experience both coastal forest and sea in close proximity. While not a large-scale tourist attraction, it's ideal for relaxation, leisurely walks, and quiet nature study, especially for those seeking refuge from the hustle and bustle of nearby tourist spots.

• Located along the Ban Phe beach road. If coming from Rayong city center, head toward Ban Phe. The arboretum is on the right side near the Ban Phe community area. Parking is available at the entrance.

• Visit in the morning or late afternoon to avoid strong sunlight
