“Ascend to a height of 123 meters to use high-powered binoculars for city scouting and enjoy the spectacular musical fountain show with lights and sound at the base of the tower.”

Banharn–Jamsai Tower is the most iconic and recognizable landmark of Suphan Buri Province. Located within Chaloem Phatthara Rachini Park in the heart of the city, the tower was built under the initiative of Mr. Banharn Silpa-archa, former Prime Minister of Thailand, to serve as a panoramic viewpoint and a recreational space for both locals and visitors. The tower symbolizes modern development while reflecting the city’s pride and progress.

The tower stands at an impressive height_ of 123 meters, featuring a modern architectural design that can be seen from afar and serves as a visual focal point of the city. Its interior spaces are thoughtfully designed to support tourism, learning, and relaxation, and are divided into four main levels, each with a distinct function.

Level 1 serves as the ticketing area and souvenir shop, offering a variety of local products and Suphan Buri-themed gifts. This level is ideal for visitors who wish to purchase memorabilia before ascending the tower.

Level 2 features a refreshment area with drinks and snacks, along with seating spaces for relaxation. Visitors can enjoy views of Chaloem Phatthara Rachini Park from a lower elevation, making it a comfortable resting spot for families and elderly visitors.

Level 3 is the main observation deck, enclosed by panoramic glass walls and equipped with telescopes. From here, visitors can enjoy 360-degree views of Suphan Buri city, the Tha Chin River, important temples, and surrounding green areas. On clear days, the visibility extends far across the landscape.

Level 4, the highest viewpoint, also houses exhibitions featuring paintings and informational displays about Suphan Buri’s history, notable figures, and major tourist attractions. These exhibits allow visitors to gain deeper insight into the city’s heritage while enjoying breathtaking views from above.

Surrounding the tower is Chaloem Phatthara Rachini Park, a large public park beautifully landscaped with flower gardens, fountains, playgrounds, activity lawns, and fitness areas. In the late afternoon and evening, the park becomes lively with locals and tourists relaxing, exercising, and taking photographs.

A major highlight of the park is the musical fountain show, performed in the evening with synchronized lights, music, and water movements. The spectacular display creates a romantic and vibrant atmosphere, making this area an ideal destination for families, couples, and visitors of all ages who wish to experience modern leisure alongside the unique charm of Suphan Buri.
