The special charm of Sam Phraya Beach is the view of the limestone mountains that run parallel to the beach, offering visitors an atmosphere unique to most other coastal areas. In the early morning, there is a chance to see a light sea of mist over the peaks from the beach. Additionally, the beach is lined with Casuarina trees (sea pine) providing pleasant shade, and it features a wooden bridge extending into the sea, which is a beautiful spot for photos and scenic views. The atmosphere here is safe and friendly for campers.

The main activities at Sam Phraya Beach are camping/overnight stays, relaxing by the shore, and watching the magnificent sunrise over the ocean. Visitors can rent tents or bring their own. The area is equipped with clean restrooms and showers, as well as a park welfare restaurant serving fresh seafood and local dishes. • Drive to Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and follow the signs leading to Sam Phraya Beach, where the Park Sub-station is located.

Local Transport:

• You can hire a local taxi or motorcycle taxi from the Sam Roi Yot District area to travel to Sam Phraya Beach.

Best Visiting Season:

• It is recommended to visit between November and February for the coolest weather conditions for camping and to increase the chance of seeing the sea of mist over the peaks.

Equipment:

• Prepare your camping gear or contact the park to rent a tent in advance. Bring mosquito repellent, as the area is close to the forest.

Photography:

• Early morning (before 07:00 AM) is the most beautiful time for landscape photography and capturing the mountain view.

Etiquette:

• Always contact the park officials to register your stay beforehand and strictly adhere to the camping area rules.

Camping Fee (In addition to the National Park Admission Fee)

• Camping Fee: Approximately 30 – 200 THB per night (depending on tent size and whether you rent a tent from the Park).
