Sang Tham Shrine was built in 1891. It is a small Chinese Pavilion styled building. Its roof is decorated with dragon shaped stuccoes and Chinese dolls. The plate hanging over the door has clan symbol or a word of "Teng Kong Tong", which means the Eternal Light of Dharma. This place was also given the Conservation Award by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in 1997.
This light shrine It is another interesting historical and cultural attraction in Phuket that should not be missed.

Getting there Sangtham Shrine is located on Phang Nga Road. If traveling via Yaowarat Road When turning right into Phang Nga Road about 300 meters, you will find a small alley. Opposite Kasikorn Bank The Sangtham Shrine is in this alley.
