“ Powdery white sand, crystal clear turquoise water, vibrant coral reefs, excellent snorkeling, anemonefish, San Chao Bay, pristine nature, peaceful atmosphere, high visibility, world-class tropical island destination ”

Koh Rok Nai is one of the twin Rok Islands, located alongside Koh Rok Nok in the Andaman Sea within Mu Ko Lanta National Park. The island is characterized by dramatic limestone cliffs, dense coastal forests, and pristine beaches, making it one of the most ecologically preserved marine areas in southern Thailand.

The main beach gently slopes into the sea, allowing easy access for swimming and snorkeling. Compared to many Andaman destinations, the sea here is notably calm and exceptionally clear during the high season, offering ideal conditions even for beginner snorkelers.

The coral reef ecosystem around the island is rich and diverse, featuring both hard and soft corals, along with abundant marine life such as anemonefish, butterflyfish, and reef fish species. One of the defining features of Koh Rok Nai is the striking gradient of "Ocean Colors," ranging from emerald green near the shore to deep blue further out.

There are no private resorts or large commercial developments on the island, preserving its tranquil and untouched atmosphere. A ranger station is present, along with short nature trails near the park area where visitors can explore coastal ecosystems and scenic viewpoints.

As part of a protected national park, visitors are required to follow environmental regulations, including avoiding coral contact, not littering, and using reef-safe sunscreen to help preserve the marine ecosystem.
