“ A landmark bridge of Songkhla connecting the city, Koh Yor, and Singhanakhon, offering views of local fishing life, sea bass farming, and beautiful sunsets over Songkhla Lake. ”

Tinnasulanon Bridge is a reinforced concrete bridge approximately 2,640 meters long, located in Songkhla Province. It is considered one of the most important infrastructure projects in southern Thailand, primarily serving to connect transportation between Mueang Songkhla District and Singhanakhon District via Koh Yor, which lies in the middle of Songkhla Lake. The bridge was constructed to improve travel convenience, reduce commuting time, and effectively support economic growth and tourism in the surrounding areas.

Stretching across Songkhla Lake, a large natural brackish lake where freshwater and seawater mix, the bridge passes through a rich ecosystem that supports a distinctive local fishing lifestyle. Visitors can observe sea bass cage farming and traditional community ways of life that have been well preserved over time.

At the midpoint of the bridge lies Koh Yor, a well-known cultural destination famous for its local cuisine and heritage. Highlights include fresh sea bass from fish cages, unique handwoven textiles, and a variety of local restaurants that warmly welcome visitors, making it a popular stopover for travelers.

Another key charm of Tinnasulanon Bridge is its breathtaking scenery, especially in the evening when visitors can enjoy stunning sunsets over Songkhla Lake. The reflection of sunlight on the water creates a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere, making it one of the most iconic viewpoints and must-visit landmarks in Songkhla Province.
