“Koh Mai Phai, also known as Bamboo Island, is a small island between the Krabi coast and Phi Phi. However, there are no bamboo growing here.”
Koh Mai Phai (Bamboo Island) is located northeast of Phi Phi Don. It has a stretch of lovely white sandy beach on the east side. The casuarina grove covers most of the flat land of Bamboo Island that is above the water line.
The fine white sands is the one of the most attraction of this place aside from what your going to see in the way going to Bamboo Island
- You can only visit Koh Mai Phai from November to May, every year.
- The most easy way to get in Bamboo Island is to book on the boat
