“A serene hidden beach in Mu Ko Phetra National Park, featuring unique lion-shaped rock formations, crystal-clear waters, and one of Satun's most breathtaking sunset viewpoints.”

Ka Sing Beach is a hidden gem managed under the Mu Ko Phetra National Park, situated near the park's headquarters in La-ngu District. The physical characteristics of this beach are distinct from others in Satun; it features a unique blend of limestone sediments and rich minerals, giving the sand a distinctive golden-brown hue and a soft, fine texture. The landscape is interspersed with ancient limestone cliffs and rock formations dating back hundreds of millions of years, forming an integral part of the Satun UNESCO Global Geopark.

The hallmark that gives the beach its name, "Ka Sing," is the collection of peculiar rock formations shaped by centuries of tidal erosion and coastal winds. These rocks resemble a crouching lion or a mythical creature guarding the shore. This area boasts high biodiversity; along the coastline, visitors will find lush beach vegetation, such as Malabar Almond and Sea Poison trees, providing ample shade. During low tide, a vibrant rocky shore ecosystem is revealed, teeming with small marine life including ghost crabs, univalve shells, and various types of sea algae.

The overall atmosphere of Ka Sing Beach remains exceptionally peaceful and private. It is not a bustling commercial beach but rather a sanctuary for mental relaxation and nature study. A primary activity for visitors is exploring the geological trails along the rocks, located near the "Time Traveller Bridge," which connects the geological history of two different eras. Furthermore, during the evening, the sunlight reflects off the Andaman Sea and the limestone cliffs, transforming the beach into one of the most stunning and powerful landscape photography spots in Southern Thailand.
