Mudmee silk is the most outstanding product, crafted using the “Mudmee weaving” technique, which creates beautiful raised patterns with a special shine. In addition, mud-dyed fabric is also produced, using natural dyes to create soft and soothing colors, reflecting creativity and sustainable use of local resources.

The market was formally established to unite local weavers and entrepreneurs, making it the largest center for local woven fabric sales in the northeastern region. It has also become an important cultural tourism destination in Udon Thani province.

The market’s famous products include:

• Mudmee silk / patterned silk: Each piece is carefully handwoven, resulting in raised patterns and a distinctive shine.
