“A green island in the sea near Thong Sala, highlighted by a white sandbar, clear sea water, pristine coral reefs, a quiet atmosphere, and ideal for kayaking around the island for a private view.”
Koh Tae Nai is a small island off Thong Sala Bay, only about 400–500 meters from the coast. Despite being close to the town, it offers a peaceful and natural atmosphere. Due to the absence of permanent residents and buildings, it is a private relaxation spot near the city that remains well-preserved.
The island's highlight is the clean white sandbar extending into the sea, surrounded by clear blue water and natural rock formations. Around the island, there are also several small caves, some of which offer a place to relax and enjoy close-up sea views.
The area around the island is full of underwater world richness, with schools of small and large fish, colorful corals, and marine life. It is suitable for simple snorkeling without having to travel far. The seawater is so clear that you can see clearly beneath the surface.
A popular activity is kayaking or boating from Thong Sala/Ban Tai to cross over to the island. It doesn't take long, and you can paddle around the island to explore the rocks, caves, and nature in a fun way.
The most beautiful time is in the evening. The sunset light will reflect off the water and sandbar in gold, creating a romantic atmosphere, suitable for simple relaxation close to nature.
