The Nakhon Sawan Cultural Center was established as a regional center for the study and preservation of art, culture, and local history. It was graciously inaugurated in 1992 (B.E. 2535) by
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, marking its significance as an important cultural landmark of the province.
Historical Exhibitions:
The permanent exhibitions present key archaeological narratives of the province, including artifacts and historical information from Chan Sen Ancient City, along with ancient tools and ornaments that reflect the prosperity of Nakhon Sawan as a historic transportation and trading hub.
Solas Museum Hall:
A highlight for visitors is the opportunity to pay respect to Luang Pho Si Sawan (replica) while learning about the historical evolution of Nakhon Sawan Province through easy-to-understand exhibition media suitable for all ages.
Arts and Performances:
The center features a 110-seat theater, specially designed to support performances of traditional dance, local rituals, and cultural arts, bringing life and movement to the cultural space beyond static museum displays.
Core Mission:
Beyond its role as a museum, the center also functions as a research and information hub, systematically collecting and preserving local wisdom and cultural knowledge of the people of Nakhon Sawan for education and long-term conservation.

By Private Car:
- Drive along Sawanwithi Road, the main road in the city, toward Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. Enter through the university’s main gate and follow the directional signs to the Cultural Center. Spacious parking areas are available on-site.
