The CPT Liberation Soldiers Cemetery is located within Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park in Phitsanulok Province. This site serves as the burial ground for members of the Communist Party of Thailand (CPT) who died during clashes with government forces between 1967 and 1982, a period when Phu Hin Rong Kla was one of the most significant revolutionary strongholds in northern Thailand.

Most are constructed from stacked stones or laterite blocks, while some bear small engraved slabs displaying real names or revolutionary “code names” used during the struggle. These modest graves reflect the austere lifestyle of guerrilla fighters who lived deep in the forest, devoted to their ideological cause during a time of intense conflict.

• By Car: From Nakhon Thai District, drive toward Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park. After reaching the park headquarters area, follow the signs to the Political and Military School. The cemetery is located near the multipurpose ground and can be reached by a short walk.

• During the rainy season, moss covers many of the laterite graves, creating a unique and atmospheric scene.
