Man Daeng Waterfall is considered one of the most beautiful and pristine waterfalls in Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park. Surrounded by lush evergreen forest, the waterfall flows gracefully over sandstone cliffs, creating a cool and refreshing atmosphere along the entire trekking route.

The waterfall consists of 32 tiers, although visitors are generally allowed to explore only tiers 1–9. The 5th tier is the main highlight, where a stunning curtain of water cascades down the cliff. During August, the rare and beautiful pink Habenaria rhodocheila blooms along the rock surfaces, creating a breathtaking natural scene unique to this location.

Beyond its natural beauty, the area also holds geological significance. On the rocky surface near the waterfall, more than 20 footprints of carnivorous dinosaurs (theropods) have been discovered by Thai and international researchers. These ancient traces date back millions of years and add a fascinating prehistoric dimension to the site.

Reaching Man Daeng Waterfall is a true adventure. There is no road access, and visitors must trek approximately 3.5 kilometers through dense, humid forest. The trail can be steep, slippery, and physically demanding—especially on the return journey uphill—making it ideal for experienced hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.
