Tham Phet or Phet Cave is located 3 kms from the intersection at Ao Luk Nua market. In front is enshrined an image of Buddha. The name of this cave "Phet" means "diamond", and indeed sparkling stone casts beautiful reflections on the cave walls. The best way to get there is to first contact the National Park Office at Tharn Boke Korani for guide. .

The cave consist into 4 zones Be sure to bring along a flashlight,

at the entrance the guest will be fascinated at white vreamy rocks
going down to the tunnel, in this area you will feel the gently breeze air and good vectilation
at the pearl hall adorned with diamonds you will amaze at the magnificent stalagmites and stalactites.
where you can find the creamy stones at the mouth of the cave, another interesting is the stalactites and stalagmites in Bhudda formation.

From Ao Luk intersection on Phetchakasem Road,use Highway No.4 towards Krabi Province,going for about 2 Kilometers and turn left for another 4.5 kilometers to Tham Phet
