Wat Sri Don Chai originally named "Wat Tung term" Khong District Later, about the year 2400,moved to create new,Next to the Arc de Triomphe. (The temples), and renamed the new "Wat Sri Don Chai" Wat Sri Don Chai centric study of the ecclesiastical district of Chiang Khong.
Chiang Khong district annually received praises from the Department of Religious Affairs.
Wat Sri Don Chai is an important temple for people of the North, located between Mae Taeng and Chiang Dao districts. The temple is connected to the much respected monk and teacher Kruba Sri Wichai. Under his guidance and work 105 old and new temples were renovated and built and many projects like schools and other infrastructure projects were completed.
