Wat Norawararam, Mukdahan Province, is an important temple located in the heart of the city and has played a long-standing role in the local community. Inside the temple is the ordination hall, which serves as the main religious structure. It features architectural designs that beautifully blend Thai art with local Mekong River Basin influences. Within the hall is a highly revered Buddha image in the Maravijaya posture, respected and worshipped by local residents. There is also a main vihara used for rituals and paying respect to sacred objects within the temple.The surrounding area of the temple is filled with large trees and green spaces, creating a peaceful and shady atmosphere. • By car: Drive from Mukdahan Provincial Hall via Wiwit Surakan Road toward the city center, then turn into Pitakpanich Road. The temple is located in the city center, easy to access with clear signage.
