Shrine of Father Ananta Naga King, or the Naga Cave Shrine in Mukdahan Province, is a sacred site along the Mekong River located beneath the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge No. 2. It holds significant importance in both local beliefs and tourism. The area is part of Mukdahan’s “Three Realms of the Naga” concept, which explains the universe according to local Mekong River beliefs, dividing the Naga into the celestial realm, the earthly realm, and the underworld.
