Uncle Jam’s Lotus Field is an agro-tourism attraction developed from former rice fields along Khlong Maha Sawat in Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The area has been transformed from single-crop agriculture into a lotus-based learning and tourism farm that combines farming, community lifestyle, and sustainable tourism.
How to Get There
- By car: Take Phutthamonthon Sai 4 or Sai 5 Road toward Khlong Maha Sawat, near Wat Suwannaram. Parking is available on-site.
- By boat: Take a tourist boat from Wat Suwannaram pier or Ban Sala Din pier. Charter boat costs around 350 THB (approximately 6 passengers). The route allows stops at other attractions along the canal.
Travel Tips
- Visit in the early morning (08:00–10:00) when the weather is cool and the lotus flowers are fully bloomed.
- Avoid late morning to afternoon due to strong sunlight and heat, which may affect photo quality.
- Wear bright-colored clothing such as white, yellow, or red to contrast with the green and pink scenery.
- Bring a hat, sunscreen, and drinking water as the area is open and exposed.
- Allow at least 1–2 hours for boating, sightseeing, and photography to cover all key spots.
