• By private car: Take Highway 4 or 41 heading south. Upon reaching Thung Tako District, follow the route towards Pak Tako Subdistrict and enter Rural Road 3253. Continue along the road to the mouth of the Tako Canal until reaching the beach.

• By public transport: Take a Southern bus to Thung Tako District or Lang Suan District. From there, use local transport or motorbike taxis to reach Arunothai Beach, approximately 10–15 km from the Thung Tako town center.

• Arrive before dawn (around 5:30 AM) to catch the sunrise.
