The waterfall is formed by the Nam Min stream, flowing from high mountains along the Phayao–Nan border. It has water throughout the year, making it an important natural water source for the local area.

Tier 1: The lowest tier, with strong, clear water and a wide pool, ideal for swimming and photography.

Tier 2: A low rocky tier flowing over multiple levels, offering great photo opportunities.

Tier 3: Water cascades from a medium cliff, with a small pool suitable for resting.

Tier 4: A small, thin waterfall surrounded by large trees, providing shade.

Tier 5: A wider, stronger waterfall with large rocks to sit or climb on.
