“Experience the beauty of Lek Beach, a hidden beach tucked behind a rich forest. Enjoy swimming in a natural stream that flows into the sea.”

Lek Beach, also known among international tourists as Small Sandy Beach, is a hidden gem located within Khao Lak–Lam Ru National Park. Its charm begins at the entrance, where visitors can enjoy a short Khao Lak hiking experience of approximately 1 kilometer along a shaded nature trail surrounded by tropical rainforest and scenic cliff viewpoints, before reaching a small beach that stretches only a few hundred meters but is full of natural beauty.

The highlight of Lek Beach is its crystal-clear water and relatively calm waves. The beach sits in a small bay flanked by large rock formations, which help shield it from strong winds and waves. The sand is soft and pale golden, comfortable underfoot. Surrounding the beach are sea almond trees and coastal vegetation that provide shade throughout the day. A small freshwater stream flows from the forest into the sea, adding freshness and enhancing the landscape.

As a hidden beach Khao Lak that requires walking access within the national park, there are no shops or crowds like other beaches. The atmosphere remains quiet and highly private, making it ideal for relaxing, reading, listening to the waves, or snorkeling to observe small fish along the rocks. It is considered one of the most well-preserved Phang Nga attractions.
