Valley of Love (Thung Lung Tình Yeu) is one of Da Lat’s most famous landmarks, known for its romantic landscape and vibrant gardens. Originally developed during the French colonial era, it served as a scenic retreat for French officials who came to enjoy Da Lat’s cool climate.

The name “Valley of Love” was officially adopted in the 1950s when the Vietnamese government developed it into a park dedicated to love and nature. Surrounded by hills, a lake, and lush flower fields, it became a symbol of romance and tranquility in Da Lat.

The centerpiece of the park is a large lake surrounded by colorful flowerbeds, walking paths, and scenic bridges. Visitors can rent paddle boats to explore the lake or stroll through the vibrant gardens, especially beautiful from winter to spring when flowers are in full bloom.

In addition to nature, the park features heart-shaped sculptures, panoramic viewpoints, and outdoor activities like horseback riding, ATV driving, and tram rides. It’s a perfect place for couples, families, and anyone looking to enjoy Da Lat’s peaceful charm.
