By Taxi : Hire a taxi from Ipoh or Kuala Lumpur directly to Gua Tempurung.

By Bus : Take a bus to Gopeng from Ipoh and then hire a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach the cave.

By Car : Drive along the North-South Expressway (E1) and take the Gopeng exit. Follow the signs to Gua Tempurung.
