“A 125-meter curved suspension bridge perched 660 meters above sea level, offering 360° panoramic views of Langkawi and the Andaman Sea. Accessible via the SkyCab cable car, it features glass-floor panels and stands as a world-famous engineering marvel and iconic landmark of Malaysia.”
The Langkawi Sky Bridge is one of Malaysia’s most iconic attractions and among the most beautiful pedestrian suspension bridges in the world. It stands on Gunung Mat Cinchang, one of Southeast Asia’s oldest mountain ranges.
To reach the bridge, visitors take the Langkawi SkyCab cable car from the Oriental Village in Pantai Kok — an unforgettable journey passing over dense rainforest and deep valleys.
Spanning over 125 meters, the bridge curves gracefully along the mountain ridge, providing a 360° panoramic view of the sea and surrounding islands. The bridge’s impressive design uses a single central pylon to support its entire weight, demonstrating advanced engineering innovation.
Sections of the bridge have transparent glass flooring, letting visitors look straight down onto the rainforest canopy below — an exciting yet safe experience. The air is cool and breezy year-round, perfect for relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying nature’s beauty.
From the top, visitors can also see the Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls (Seven Wells Waterfall) and nearby attractions like SkyDome, SkyRex, and 3D Art Langkawi inside Oriental Village.
This spot is ideal for couples, photographers, and architecture lovers who seek an awe-inspiring combination of nature and modern engineering.
