How to Get There

By Ferry/Fast Boat: From Kartini Harbor in Jepara or Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang, take the Siginjai Ferry or the Express Bahari Fast Boat.
Inter-island Travel: Local fishing boats can be hired for travel to smaller islands.

Best Season: The best time to visit is between April to October, which is the dry season with calmer seas and the best weather for diving and island hopping.

Equipment: It is recommended to bring reef-safe sunscreen and seasickness medication if traveling by fast boat.

Booking: Accommodation and boat tickets should be booked in advance, especially during holidays and the high season.

Island Transport: Renting a motorcycle/scooter is the main way to get around Karimunjawa Island.
